A Cake by Heidi - Child of Achievement

Heidi submitted the winning cake design for the Child of Achievement Award 1999, and was invited to the award ceremony at the Hilton Hotel, London to decorate the cake, when it was also signed by the children (picture below, Heidi on the left). The Hilton's executive pastry chef Emmanuel Bonneau invited Heidi to return and demonstrate the art of decorating to his chefs.
